- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume, slight delays may occur. Customers will be informed accordingly.

- All orders are personally dispatched by Snow White Publications using trusted courier services.
- The courier partner is selected based on reliability and delivery speed for your location.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
- Remote or non-metro locations may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
- Any changes in shipping costs due to special handling will be communicated in advance.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via WhatsApp / Email.
- Since shipments are handled manually, real-time tracking may not always be available.

- We will coordinate directly with the courier service to resolve the issue.
