All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, slight delays may occur. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Method
All orders are personally dispatched by Snow White Publications using trusted courier services.
The courier partner is selected based on reliability and delivery speed for your location.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
Remote or non-metro locations may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
Any changes in shipping costs due to special handling will be communicated in advance.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via WhatsApp / Email.
Since shipments are handled manually, real-time tracking may not always be available.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.
We will coordinate directly with the courier service to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Snow White Publications is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
